Enrollment-Based Portfolios - Prices and Performance
Each Enrollment-Based Portfolio is composed of various T. Rowe Price mutual funds. The portfolio’s investments automatically shift as the target year is approached. When the target year is further off, the portfolio starts with a greater exposure to stocks to focus on growth potential and then shifts over time to bond funds, with the goal of reducing risk and volatility as the target year nears.

Current performance may be lower or higher than the quoted past performance, which cannot guarantee future results. Unit price, principal value, and return will vary, and you may have a gain or loss when you sell your units. All portfolios are subject to market risk, including possible loss of principal.
1 The stated Total Annual Asset-Based fees include the estimated underlying mutual fund expenses, which are based on a weighted average of each fund's expense ratio (net of any expense limitations in place), based on a fund’s most recent prospectus as of August 31, 2024 in accordance with the investment option’s neutral asset allocations among the applicable funds as of the fourth quarter 2024. The Total Annual Asset-Based Fees also include the State fee and the program fee. Please see the Plan Description for further details.
General Information:
Total return figures include changes in principal value, and any reinvested dividends and capital gain distributions. For portfolios less than one year old, the since inception return figure is not annualized and represents an aggregate total return. Dividends and capital gains distributed by underlying mutual funds become income to the portfolios. However, the MCIP portfolios (except for the U.S. Treasury Money Market Portfolio) do not distribute any dividends or capital gains, so changes in the total returns are reflected by changes in the net asset value.
Price and performance information is updated each evening following the close of the NYSE. Updated information is provided only for business days that the NYSE is open for trading.

Fixed Portfolios - Prices and Performance
Fixed Portfolios offer specific asset classes that are composed of various mutual funds. With Fixed Portfolios, the asset allocations do not shift over time but that doesn’t mean you don’t have control or flexibility. You can move your assets to a more conservative or aggressive portfolio up to two times per year per beneficiary. Please note that all investments are subject to market risk, including the potential loss of principal.

You could lose money by investing in the Money Market Portfolio. Although the U.S. Treasury Money Market Portfolio seeks to preserve the value of your investment at $1.00 per share, it is possible to lose money by investing in this Portfolio. Neither the Program Manager nor the underlying Fund's sponsor has any legal obligation to provide financial support to the underlying Fund, and you should not expect that either the Program Manager or the Fund sponsor will provide financial support to the Portfolio or the underlying Fund at any time.

2 Yields for the U.S. Treasury Money Market Portfolio represent the average daily dividends for the seven days, annualized by 365 days and divided by the net asset values per share at the end of the period. Year-to-date figures are not annualized and represent total return, which includes reinvested distributions (income and capital gains) and any change in unit price for the given period. The yield presented in this table more closely reflects the current earnings of the Money Market Portfolio than the total return. The "7-Day Yield without waiver" represents the Portfolio yield without the deduction of any fee waivers. In a low U.S. interest rate environment, the Plan has the ability to waive the Program Fee (and, if necessary, the State Fee) for the U.S. Treasury Money Market Portfolio in order to maintain a zero or positive net yield. Those fees are not currently being waived. Please see the Plan Description for details.
